大公鸡 means the big rooster有礼貌 means is polite
So 大公鸡，有礼貌 means the big rooster is polite
见了太阳就问好。
见了太阳 means sees the sun就问好 means then says hello
So 见了太阳就问好 When he sees the sun he says hello
太阳公公眯眯笑，
太阳 means sun公公 means old man眯眯 means squint your eyes笑 means laugh
So太阳公公眯眯笑 means The old sun squints and laughs
奖他一顶大红帽。
奖他 means reward him 一顶 means one 大红帽 means Big red hat
so 奖他一顶大红帽 means Reward him a big red hat

The Big Rooster
The big rooster is polite
When he sees the sun he says hello
The old sun squints and laughs
Rewards him a big red hat
This nursery rhyme is very funny. The big red hat is actually referring to the red comb on top of the rooster.
